Return & Refund Policy
For shipping errors or defective merchandise please call (866) 887-2042 or e-mail returns@padentalsupplies.com for a Return Service Authorization (RSA) within fifteen (15) calendar days of the invoice date. Please note the following policies:
· Product must be returned within (7) calendar days after the RSA number has been issued. Returns made after this period will be subject to a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee.
· Returns will not be accepted unless accompanied with a copy of the invoice or sales order and in the original packaging.
· Returns must be made in the original package, unopened, undamaged, and in re-saleable condition. Handpieces and Equipment, if returned opened or used, will be repaired or replaced according to the manufacturer's warranty and returned
· Prescription drugs are not returnable without a PDRA form.
· Personalized and/or imprinted items are not returnable.
· Special Order items are not returnable.
· Hazardous items are not returnable.
